Founded as Foster Friends Films and Projects, a volunteer driven non-profit on June 22nd, Meryl Streep’s birthday.

First Emmy® award

Our founder won Emmy® award for televised production of “The Dream Catcher.”

2018

Hollywood, CA Premiere

“Min Min and The Magic Garden” film premieres in Hollywood, CA.

2018

U.S. Senate Applauds

Recognized by the U.S. Senate for inspiring foster children and adoption through film.

Inspring Future Filmmakers

Served as Guest Teachers at Hollywood, CA, High School Digital Media Academy teaching the art of filmmaking

Academy Award Recognition

“Min Min and The Magic Garden” qualifies for Academy consideration.

Joy Tuck, lead actress in “Min Min,” becomes an actress on “General Hospital.”

It's always been our mission at The Institute of F.I.L.M.S. to teach dreamers to create F.I.L.M.S. We are a highly qualified team providing the necessary skillset while elevating our students to achieve their maximum potential in digital film and visual communication.

Film and Marketing, Since 2017

Founded in 2017 and as a non-profit film production by our Emmy-Award winning, Harvard and UCLA educated producer. Our first effort back then was creating a film that promoted the adoption of foster children and international children and was qualified as one of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences submitted films in 2018.
