Extremely. All classes at The Institute of F.I.L.M.S. are designed to be of immediate and practical use. Students are creating production plans, shoot film in camera, lighting, and production classes, are on-camera in their first classes, and develop story ideas in their first screenwriting classes.

Students enrolled in The Institute of F.I.L.M.S. filmmaking and digital programs will edit digitally using digital editing software.

We include marketing so you can earn income in between passionate film gigs. It saves years of gaining work experience. Some professionals consider two years of work experience equal to one year of higher education. With 100-hour courses in 12 interactive, studio environment courses with professional projects, this is earning two times the educational course experience in one year, calculating to four years of work experience. These are more than the typical 45-hour/3 semester-credit college courses taken at traditional colleges and universities.
